These restrictions shll run with the land and shall
be binding upon all persons claiming under them until January 1, 1987,
at wich time they shall automatically be extended for successive periods
of ten years unless changed or revoked by a majority of the property
owners at written instruments duly recorded. If one of the parties
hereto, or any of the, or the heirs or assigns, shall violate any
of the provisions herein, it shall be lawful for any other person
or persons owning any real estate in said addition, to prosecute any
preceeding at law or in equity against person or persons violating
or attempting to violating any such restrictions, and either provent
him from so doing, or to recover damage or other dues for such violation.
In
