It looks like we may be on the agenda with the City Counsel for August
3rd (not July 20th). This meeting will determine if we can get
the City Council to remove the Blight that they voted 3 years ago
to put on us. When we find out more we will post it on the web.
We need everyone to attend this very important meeting at City Hall
on August 3rd, 6:30 PM.

Monday, June 21, City Coucil will bring up the Drainage Problem
in Camino Villa and will vote on that problem. All Board members
need to attend this meetng.
On July 28, at 6:30 PM, we will have a
board meeting at the club house. All Board members need to attend
this meeting.
On July 5th, 7:00 PM we will have our regular HOA meeting.
Everyone need to attend this meeting because it concerns everyone
in the community.
On July 6, 2010 At 6:30 PM, Our Attorney, Mr. Cates
will be speaking at City Council meeting and everyone need to attend
this meeting. It's coming down to the end zone.

receiving a flyer around the end of June with more info.

MEETING SCHEDULED FOR 05-03-10 @ 7:00 PM
The Meeting scheduled for
Monday June 7, 2010 has been cancelled due to the fact that all board
members will be attending the City Council that night. We will
be having a discussion on the drainage in the community that night.
All residence of Camino villa are incourage to attend the City Council
meeting that night.
CAMINO VILLA BASH (TRASH LITTER PICK-UP
The
Bash (Trash Litter Pick-up) that was scheduled for Saturday, April
17, 2010 at 10:00 AM will be cancelled. Heavy rains and storms
in the area for Friday & Saturday. If & when it will
be re-scheduled,
we will inform you when we have the new
date.
HOA MEETING SCHEDULED FOR 04-05-10 @ 7:00 pm
The Next HOA
meeting will be this Monday Night April 5, 2010 at 7:00 PM.
We
may need to talk about one last clean-up this spring. More about
getting the Blight removed on your property and home will be discussed
at the Monday night meeting.

The next HOA meeting will be this Monday night,
March 1, 2010 at the Clubhouse starting at 7:00 pm. Memberships
are now coming due again for the new year. We will also draw
for 3 membership tickets to give away at this meeting.

to be there no later than 6:00 PM

We will have our February meeting at the clubhouse on February
1, 2010 at 7:00 PM. Officers need to be there at 6:00 PM for

instead of 7:00 PM.. The Board meeting will start at 5:00 PM
instead of 6:00 PM, and the Covenents committee will start at
5:30 PM. At 7:00 PM, will will have a Chili Dinner. The
Chili, Condiments, chips and Soda's will be furnished. If you
could, bring a covered dish or desert to make our food table a little
larger and more fun to enjoy. Also, an extra table since we
